Cone Trucks
MCT Series
The MCT is TRAF-tech’s manual cone body. The machine is built in the traditional Caltrans configuration keeping your cone setter seat-belted in. It features a live floor controlled by foot pedals to feed cones to the cone setter position. The seats are reversible for forward facing or rear facing. The bi-directional floor holds approximately 100 cones. It is a great way to improve safety in a compact, easy-to-use body.
SACT Series
TRAF-tech now offers a Semi-Automatic Cone Machine. This machine was designed by customer request. The machine is only seven feet wide while operating, so if you have a very tight working environment the SACT Series is the machine of choice.
ACT Series
A single operator lane closure system. The 14' machine carries 240 28" 10lb. cones that can be placed on the roadway at three measured intervals or at manually selected intervals. The ACT Series places the cones onto the roadway traveling forward, and collects them traveling forward or reverse.
ACM Series
TRAF-tech will be offering a new smaller automated cone machine shortly. The new machine holds approximately 80 to 100 cones and is designed for smaller closures, or rapid response needs such as accidents or homeland security.
